We support parents in their approach to helping their children become the best they can be by helping the parents understand their children and finding solutions for baffling behaviors using an attachment-focused lens. I am particularly passionate about helping parents with adopted children as an adoptive parent myself.

Even if you struggle with your children, know that you are an amazing parent. Raising children from hard places is well…hard. It is often misunderstood by others and it can feel isolating. Even our typical children sometimes feel hard to raise. I believe that when we understand our children and our own response to our children, we start healing and help not only ourselves but also our children.
